Explanation: The Pan African Early Green Growth Acceleration Bootcamp is an intensive, week-long new ventures leadership program geared toward entrepreneurs with early stage businesses looking to scale up and/or to attract potential investment and support. Building on the Sustainable Development Goals with specific focus on the North-South relations perspective, the Pan African Early Green Acceleration Bootcamp is designed to foster collaborative teams of new generation of high performing entrepreneurs by bringing together participants from around the world (and specifically from emerging countries/global south) to sustainable innovative entrepreneurship ecosystem surrounding various countries of North and South. Some outcomes include (1) increased capacity to build more sustainable and scalable enterprises, (2) better understanding of approaches to identified, prepare, exploit opportunities in the context of emerging economies with higher uncertainty, dynamic competition with international and global perspective and (3) learn to take risk, to deal with ambiguity and related uncertainty (4) funding opportunities and, investor requirements.
Building on experimental research designed based on collective intelligence perspective, the framework will help to consider conceptual and empirical work that enriches the global and sustainable entrepreneurship field by addressing interesting questions from the North south relations and African context.
Drawing from (1) the culture of creativity and entrepreneurship at ICN Business School, (2) IEF’s network of academics, practitioners and policy makers, and (3) the related belief that there is as much value in academic exploration as in discovery through practice, this unique Bootcamp introduces participants to ICN Business School’s entrepreneurial education programs with specific focus on firm early growth process, the perspective of bringing innovation to the market and create value, and global entrepreneurial network. It covers the entire venture creation process, from generating ideas to building successful, sustainable global businesses.
Through lectures by senior faculty, simulation Game and coaching as well as interactions with entrepreneurs and industry professionals, participants will be exposed to the context, content, and contacts that enable them to design, start and build a globally successful technology-based company. The collaborative team-based approach and the other significant features of the program including executive briefing, business plan competition and inter action with start-ups ecosystem actors give participants hands-on training and practical experience, while networking events bring participants together with IEF community.

World Cafe session to include group presentations (Report to the Board), followed by a few questions which the panelists will raise. Then the groups will re-work on their group projects, sharing their work with other groups though ambassadors from each group, and then making their revised presentations.
